Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily restaurant shift operations and be fully responsible in absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure team members consistently maintain company standards and high levels of customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, manage and train staff in conjunction with the restaurant manager.
- Greet and serve customers in a warm and courteous manner, anticipate and address guests' service needs.
- Handle requests and complaints with an exceptionally professional manner, maintaining good customer relationships with guests.
- Communicate to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels.
- Make sure health and safety standards are met.
