The responsibilities of the Supply Chain Assistant are the following:

• Coordinate the import cycle of the goods end-to-end
• Organize the warehouse storage and distribution of goods
• Follow up with ordering and invoicing on time and accurately
• Work directly with international and domestic transportation providers
• Prepare the planning and the forecasting of the demand
• Continually improve and develop business performance through stock monitoring and replenishment
• Manage the supply and logistic activity through ERP systems
• Strictly follow all internal and external procedures and requirements

The ideal candidate for the role of the Supply Chain Assistant should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years experience in supply chain functions, logistics, imports, etc
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• PC literate, especially in excel for reporting reasons
• Familiar with ERP systems, SAP will be considered as an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability skills to contact, working and communicating with different cultures of people
