The Role:
The General Manager will plan and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals and accomplish sustainable growth, to preserve the leading role of the company within the industry.
- Defines the business plan in line with the strategy while maximizing opportunities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the teams, so that they consistently meet and exceed performance metrics
- Leads the business forward with providing vision, inspiration and professionalism, aligned with corporate strategies
- Cooperates and understands the customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends and the competitive landscape
