We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide effective and efficient support to our Team in credit insurance. The ideal candidate will have the drive to succeed and gain valuable professional experience in the leader of Credit Insurance globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the mainly the marketing team with the daily management of customer requests and provide thorough support to everyday tasks. You role will include the following responsibilities:
• Be the contact person for the phone center and as well as inbound-outbound mail
• Booking appointments with the insured companies
• Follow-up on customer’s pending details
• Preparing reports for meetings with clients & renewal proposals (main proposal & specific terms)
• Preparing reports after the meetings
