Mains tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Daily processing, checking and evaluation of required documents from insurance mediators.
- Preparation and follow up on agreements of cooperation with insurance mediators.
- Set up and follow up all the information of every insurance mediator in the ERP system.
- Communicate with insurance mediators, for managing questions and serving them.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records.
- Cooperate with sales, accounting, underwriting and legal department on all matters related to insurance mediator agreements.
- Support Collections department in handling overdue payments.
- Prepare reports according to department needs.
- Support Back Office department in everyday needs.
What we look for:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service, or other supporting function roles.
- Previous working experience in an insurance company is highly desirable.
- Competency level in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (ideally INFOPAD).
- Fluency in Greek and English both written and oral.
- Be confident, enthusiastic, and flexible at all times.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, striving towards the same goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance mediators and, just as importantly, your colleagues.
