Business Development Manager (Kalohori)

Italy Lines, a logistics company, which since 1991 provides complete logistics solutions within Europe, is looking for a Business Development Manager. The position is full time, permanent and based at Kalochori, Thessaloniki region. 

Job Description
• Develops the agent network throughout Europe
• Executes the company’s development strategy
• Develops the customer base
• Approaches key prospect customers
• Composes offers and provides high quality customer service
• Manages and expands client databases
• Manages special projects
• Organizes both internal and external events, such as participation in logistics exhibitions
• Compiles and prepares performance reports
• Supports the Commercial Director

Qualifications and Key Skills
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Logistics specialization
• Working experience of 3-4 years in a similar managerial position
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Greek
• Excellent skills in MS Office package
• Familiarity with ISO processes will be considered an asset
• Collaboration and teamwork spirit are required
• Discretion, trustworthiness, flexibility and adaptability are essential
• Organizational, cooperation skills and the ability to multitask
