                                                 Contact Center Supervisor - Technical Support

ICAP Contact Center is dedicated in providing high level contact center services as an outsourcing services provider to the largest organizations in Greece, having established successful long-term cooperations through achieving its customers’ goals and preserving win-to-win relationships.

We are looking for a Contact Center Supervisor to join our team and support our technical customer service department.


Duties & Responsibilities


• Manage a team of assigned Team Leaders and Customer Service Representatives
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members
• Measure and evaluate the team’s performance using key metrics
• Help build and maintain a friendly, rewarding, and motivating working environment
• Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep team motivated
• Keep Management informed about recurring issues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements



• Work experience as a Contact Center Supervisor (2+ years)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Good communication skills and ability to lead and motivate
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
• A results-oriented approach
• Technology savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English
