People Solutions is a division within ICAP Group offering services related to a company’s most valuable asset, its people. The division is comprised by the following departments:
  • Executive Search & Selection
  • Recruitment Solutions
  • Human Capital Consulting
  • Training Solutions
We are looking for a Consultant (based in Thessaloniki), who will be responsible for:

Role description:
  • Research into client’s company, competitors and market place
  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree combined with Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in HR Consulting
  • Experience in candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and MS Office applications
  • Excellent Networking and Sales Skills
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Business acumen and market insight
  • Integrity and confidentiality
