As a Hebrew Customer Service Agent - Work from Home
, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide customer/technical support to the Hebrew speaking clientele
- Receive and respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and online chats
- Maintain solid customer relationships by offer guidance to customer issues and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Perform data entry and use of software programs
