Position Summary:
The ideal candidate should be able to assist Italian or German Speaking Customers regarding their accommodation issues mostly per e-mail, on -line chat. Moreover, the candidate should be able to communicate via telephone with customers to achieve the best possible services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and booking requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, by ensuring guest travel's services are properly provided, and proactively address customer's need and concerns.
- Report technical issues and customers’ complaints.
