Facilities Manager

Job Information:

• Office Location: Sani Resort, Chalkidiki, Greece
• Department: Facilities / Operations
• Contract: Full time / Permanent
  

Your main responsibility:

• Monitor and report on the annual maintenance budget progress of the Group
• Perform market research regarding technical supplies and services contracts of the Group
• Monitor legislation obligations relating to technical and licensing matters
• Perform project management on various one off - standalone projects, to ensure their timely and
• cost-effective completion
• Contribute to the implementation of the Group's environmental strategy, to achieve the
• sustainability goals
• Coordinate the Maintenance Departments of the Group, based on the agreed technical solutions,
• with the aim of achieving uniformity and benchmarking application
• Visit premises regularly and perform on site audits regarding the proper implementation of MEP
• related norms
• Advise Sani Resort's Safety Engineer on potential improvements regarding the staff's health and
• safety at work, to improve working conditions of personnel
• Monitor technical operations and energy consumption of hotels and updates the relevant
• databases
• Follow the tour operators’ health and safety requirements procedure and provides suggestions to
• ensure cost effective defects restoration

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Potent in English language (speaking and writing)
• In-depth knowledge of CAD software
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environment
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite 2016 or later
• Solution-oriented and proactive personality
• Good communication skills would be considered an asset
