We are looking for an inbound sales executive who will be responsible for driving new opportunities through our sales process by registering and following up on incoming leads and helping with prospecting for new ones using marketing automation. Research information on customers and develop contacts in the market. Gather market intelligence to ensure effective marketing & sales strategy. Uses a consultative sales approach to ensure our customers receive the best value.
Responsibilities
- Converting marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads
- Managing and developing prospect clients (sales funnel) within HubSpot and/or Saleforce CRM
- Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (phone, email, social media etc.)
- Performing online product demos
- Monitoring of performance and analysis of reports in order to derive improvement plans
- Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring of inbound marketing channels and activities in order to streamline workflows in Hubspot and/or Saleforce CRM
- Identification of customer needs and processes for offering personalized solutions
- Partnering with marketing to deliver proper communication
