one of the largest telecommunications providers in Greece, is seeking for a
Lead Software Engineer to join their world class software development team.
Lead Software Engineer (Ref. 4984/LSE/ESS/GR)Main responsibilities:- Delivering products within specific timescales and engage with multiple senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Digital Product teams to develop company’s digital initiatives and support Junior developers as required by participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge
- Create the strategy for the Deployment pipeline and implement Software Engineering best practice
- Contribute, as a member of an agile team, in the research, analysis, design development and testing of solutions that best suit business and technology strategy
- Ensure high-level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements
- Ensure technical integrity and quality control consistency throughout the development life-cycle
- Partner with vendors and technology teams to produce robust and state of the art deliverables
- Assist in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
