Your main responsibilities
- Assist the payroll specialists during the process of payroll production
- Keep records of the readjustments (position, department, administration, salary) and update within the current month
- Import any readjustments in the payroll software
- Keep records of the sick leaves or annual leaves of employees
- Process and submit the working schedule at the Labor Inspection Service
- Be the contact person for payroll matters for all personnel
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager
- Create staff schedules
