Collection Supervisor

Collection Supervisor (Ref. Code: 722/66432)

Job Description

·       Supervising the refinance process

·       Supporting the process of monitoring of pre-legal and legal procedures

·       Monitoring the collections documentation

·       Supervising a team of 3-5 agents

Candidate Profile

·       University or College Degree, preferable in Business Administration or Economics

·       Three (3) – five (5) years of experience in Collections (ideally in a retail company or in the Banking sector) , one (1) – two (2) years out of which in a Supervisor / Team Leader role

·       Excellent Knowledge of the English language

·       PC literature (MS-Office applications)

·       Strong reporting skills

·       Strong phone and verbal communication and negotiation skills
