Villa Manager

The M Mykonos Villas complex, is seeking for a Villa Manager who will provide every guest the perfect experience.

• Manage the villa and offer a high quality and personalized service to the guests. His/her main role is one of the host(ess), waiter/waitress and housekeeper.
• Coordinate the arrival, stay and departure of the guests, while meeting any requirements and demands with efficiency and providing the needed information.
•  Handle any customer complaints or sensitive matters with delicacy and discretion.
• Supervise and coordinate the Estate’s personnel and ensure the sufficiency and quality of the necessary equipment and supplies.
•  Check in daily basis the interior and exterior cleanness of the Estate, in order to be in a perfect condition.

•  Prior experience in the hospitality industry. Housekeeping and butler experience will be considered as an asset.
•  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Greek and English. Any knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
•  Must be self-motivated, customer-focused, adaptive and good at working as part of a team.
