Junior Marketing Associate (Fixed term contract)

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a multinational medical device company, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated Junior Marketing Associate for a fixed term contract with perspective for renewal.

Workplace Location: mostly Remote work (on-site work when needed : Northern Suburbs of Athens)
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
Contract duration : till end of April 2023

Main responsibilities:

The Job Holder will be responsible for the following key Accountabilities:

• Supports daily administrative tasks of Marketing and Market Development team
• Implements and tracks (digital) marketing campaigns
• Contributes to the creation and maintenance of Marketing Materials for product launches
• Drives the development and implementation of internal engagement initiatives
• Supports the coordination and roll-out of patient campaigns in selected countries, working closely with Patient Marketing stakeholders
• Assists in Key Opinion Leaders engagement programs

• 0-1 Previous working/internship experience in MKT departments
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business administration or relevant fields
• Digital Marketing courses or experience will be highly appreciated
• Excellent command of the English Language (both written & oral)
• Fluency in other European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) will be considered as a plus
• Very good user of MS Office and familiar with ERP systems or digital Marketing tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, “can do” attitude
