• At least 1 year of experience in technical support
• Excellent knowledge in ADSL technology and DSLAM
• Excellent knowledge in POTS, VoIP• University or College degree
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word etc.)
