Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full Time /seasonal-permanent
Your main responsibilities
- Handle purchasing needs of operational equipment and ensure on time deliveries.
- Maintain well organized file depository regarding purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and other important documentation.
- Negotiate terms & conditions with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, payment terms, delivery dates.
- Run market research, identify potential new vendors and opportunities.
- Analyse the market and prepare comparisons, presentations and reports
- Liaise with other departments, in order to cover purchasing needs and achieve defined targets.
- Coordinate and execute delivery changes.
- Liaise with suppliers when necessary. Identify alternative suppliers to cover the company’s needs and best interests.
