Job Description
Manpower Group Greece, on behalf of its client, leader in tobacco industry, is looking for an ambitious Team Leader to take over a dynamic team of Sellers, based on Thessaloniki. Team Leader is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the vendor’s team, their education and development, achieving both the qualitative and quantitative goals. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Among others, Team Leader is responsible for the below:

- Participates in the organization, processing and monitoring of the sales team chart.
- Monitors the work of the team to achieve both the qualitative and quantitative targets, based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)
- Evaluates the team members and identifying new training needs
- Delegates tasks and set deadlines
- Motivates the team members
- Encourages creativity and risk-taking
- Suggests and organizes team building activities
