ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is in search of an Engagement Manager (Pharmaceutical RWD).
Job Location: Thessaloniki
The role:
You will be responsible for leading, planning & prioritizing opportunities for value creation from real-world data assets, as well as supporting enterprise data strategy & data usage approach. The consideration of supporting data technology needs, across the organization, in order to help build & manage a more “data-driven” global enterprise, will be also crucial.
Main responsibilities include:
- Liaising & engaging with key partners to understand, optimize & prioritize business needs
- Collaborating with Data Partners to develop integrated execution plans
- Understanding commercial, clinical, R&D & operational business drivers
- Playing a key role in the acquisition, integration & utility of the enterprise, into the data environment & analytical databases
- Creating business plans for new partnerships based on costs & potential revenue upside
- Analyzing business data & performing reports on project performance
- Presenting projects at internal meeting, as well as external industry conferences & workshops
