French Speaking Customer Service Agents

Job Description

• Answer and manage inbound calls, emails and chat
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, research issues and provide solutions
• Navigate computer programs and/or databases and maintain electronic files accordingly

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

• Native like French, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of English language
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
