About the role:
Storage assistant helps το manage the flow of products and stock through the warehouse. Also, he is responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse.
Key accountabilities:
- Daily coordination and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Department
- Registration of orders into the supply management system and coordination of all hotel supplies
- Registration of invoices into the ERP system
- Receipt and monitor of the quantity and the quality of the hotel supplies that have been ordered according to the needs of the hotels
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that items are available when needed
- Conducting monthly physical inventory counts
