Senior Multilingual Recruiters

Job Description
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively manage candidate pools to ensure engagement
• Work with business leaders to support full-life cycle recruitment
• Ensure that every stage of recruitment from needs definition to hire is aligned to global process requirements and SLA’s
• Effectively integrate diversity into process and leverage creative sourcing techniques
• Leverage data insights to inform recruitment strategy and advise business leaders

Candidates Profile
• Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree
• Minimum 3 years of work experience managing end to end recruitment
• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and at least one other language (German, Hungarian, French, Dutch, Turkish, Polish, Spanish, Czech, Romanian, Croatian, Bulgarian or Italian) to CEF B2, C2/C1/B2 level
• Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Experience working with Workday or other applicant tracking systems
• Proven consultative, problem solving and interpersonal skills
