Live Traffic Control – Transfer Department (ref:LTC_2026)
Summer Season 2026 | Location: Karteros Office, Heraklion
Shift: Night (22.00-06.00), 5 days a week
Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the leading incoming travel agencies in
Greece, is seeking to recruit motivated professionals to join the Transfer
Department in the position of Live Traffic Control for the upcoming
summer season 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate bus and taxi movements in real time
- Respond promptly to unexpected changes in transfer schedules
- Oversee cost control and adjustments to minimize traffic-related expenses
- Communicate and coordinate directly with the airport operations team
- Provide guest support by phone during transfers
- Accurately update and maintain final traffic records
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a traffic or transfer department (Incoming Agency or Airport)
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German will be considered an asset
- Familiarity with the NS Travel system is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
