Operations Manager to the CEO

The Business Consulting Company UPGRADE on behalf of its client, is seeking (1) an individual to cover the following position: Operations Manager to the CEO.

• Assurance of the smooth functioning of the company and its projects in cooperation with the CEO
• Responsible for the optimization and feedback of the business processes in collaboration with the CEO
• Formulating communication strategies of the business operations in association with the CEO
• Providing executive and administrative support
• Performing research/ analysis under the direction of the CEO
• Preparation of reports for the CEO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant sector
• Master’s Degree will be considered an advantage
• At least 3 years working experience in a respective position (operations management, supervision, administration)
• Excellent use of computer applications and systems (Microsoft office, ERP or any other related software)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
