ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading Credit Management Services group with a European footprint who offers services designed to measurably improve clients’ cash flow and long-term profitability including purchase of receivables, is seeking for the following position:

Front office specialist (Dutch/Belgian Dutch)- (Ref. code 5325/DSA/RS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:
  • be at the forefront of the business, operating via telephone/ chat/ email to support and help customers located abroad
  • establish positive engagement with the customers, build rapport and demonstrate fair treatment
  • conduct affordability assessments in order to fully understand each customer's financial situation and, where appropriate, set up reasonable repayment plans
  • explain the benefits of reaching their "debt free day", providing clear timescales and information in line with their repayment plans
  • provide guidance to customers on the availability of free money advice
  • maintain system notes, ensuring records of calls are complete, accurate, professional and a true reflection of the conversation 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:
  • Near-native level in Dutch or Belgian Dutch (C2 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to showcase empathy and confidence toward a diverse clientele base
  • Customer-oriented and problem-solving mind-set
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Desire and energy towards excellence and quality within the business
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior customer support experience will be considered as an advantage, but is not a requirement
