- Participate in designing a comprehensive, cost-effective and competitive group’s compensation and benefits scheme
- Analyse job descriptions’ evaluations and classifications
- Conduct salary and labor market research in order to define benchmarks
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Provide relevant data, reports and insight in order to assist on management’s data-driven decisions
- Prepare and maintain all compensation and benefits data
