Our team of Tax advisors provides services such as tax audit, transfer pricing, corporate income tax, indirect taxes (VAT) and tax compliance. Our clients are local subsidiaries of multinationals and family owned businesses.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Conduct tax audits and oversee the work performed by junior members of staff to ensure that the work done is in accordance with the atc tax audit methodology
- Review documentation and deliverables, with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy, while ensuring that financial statements are prepared in accordance with professional and Firm standards.
- Perform a detailed review of higher-risk areas to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of the audit work, that sufficient and appropriate audit evidence is obtained and conclusions are appropriate
- Monitor the progress of the engagement team against the plan and alter it when needed
- Prepare the planning, execution and finalisation of all areas of the tax audit assignment
- Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
