The role

As an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll participate in a wide range of tasks within the HR disciplines of Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Reward Systems, Performance Management and HR reporting & analytics.

The goal is to ensure the HR function runs smoothly and effectively delivering maximum value & support to the organization.



Your impact

You act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics and you have a very good knowledge of local employment & labor laws. You have a people-centric attitude, and excellent communication and people skills. As a proven HR professional, you are able to effectively implement, monitor and adjust the HR orientation of the company while supporting the daily HR tasks.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or relevant position
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Organized attitude, consistency, confidentiality
