HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ref: TH/HTAS022)

Job Information

HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Office Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Human Resources
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Screen CVs, schedule and conduct Interviews
  • Communicate with HR coordinators regarding the recruitment process
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to present Sani/Ikos Group and attract potential hires
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Provide reports on specific KPIs
  • Ensure a great candidate experience
  • Map educational institutes in Greece and abroad and present the Group to attract qualified interns
  • Manage the interns offer procedure and follow up regularly to ensure a high number of accepted offers
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of interns in operations ensuring all legal documents are in place
  • Keep up with new HR trends and best practices in the recruitment industry
  • Suggest new ideas on constantly improving the existing recruitment process and procedures

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in administrative or any other HR role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon etc.) would be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Interpersonal with strong communicative skills
  • Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable and helpful
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality of information
