Hotel Receptionist

Del Mar Apartments & Suites in Pollonia, Milos Island is currently seeking to recruit for the position of Receptionist.

The Receptionist will report directly to the Manager of the hotel for any possible issues arising with the clients. Milos tourism and hospitality environment is very demanding environment and – the question is “Do you enjoy smiling?” Then, join our team!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions 
• Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions 
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services 
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance 

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus 
• Previous experience on Hotelizer Software System or ability to learn fast
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both Greek and English language
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language. (French or Italian will be considered as an asset) 
• Enthusiastic, friendly & communicative personality 
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent customer service results 
• Highly competent soft-skill including messaging and collaboration systems
