Customer Service Associate
(SAP User)
Job Description
·
Receives orders
from customers via fax or email
·
Performs the
daily billing and filling of orders
·
Resolves any
customer queries and complaints via phone and email
·
Supports the Finance
Department
·
Performs other
ad-hoc tasks as requested
·
Identifies and
assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
·
Keeps records
of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
·
Assists with
placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
