Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international Pharmaceutical company for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

 

Customer Service Associate (SAP User)

 

 

Job Description

 

·         Receives orders from customers via fax or email

·         Performs the daily billing and filling of orders

·         Resolves any customer queries and complaints via phone and email

·         Supports the Finance Department

·         Performs other ad-hoc tasks as requested

·         Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

·         Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

·         Assists with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

 


 


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• University degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance is desirable
• Two (2)- five (5) years of working experience in Customer Service Department
• Very good command of the English language
• Experienced user of SAP Logistics (SD Module)
• PC literate
• Customer orientation, listening, patience, perseverance
• Problem solving, functional and technical skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual
• Good communication, negotiation and time management skills
