The management of the company, as well as a team of Mental Health scientists, care every day for the well-being of each employee and each team on a personal and professional level.

• Oversee processing of payroll and changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
• Collect electronically monthly timesheets
• Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
• Calculate bonuses and allowances
• Schedule bank payments, distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
• Report on payroll figures and monthly KPIs
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
• Liaise with Director of Finance, auditors and manage payroll tax audits

Entry Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Greek Labor Laws and regular updates
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Accounting of Economics
• Previous 7 years’ Experience in payroll position
• Be familiar with Epsilon net payroll program
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Advanced technical skills, including superior Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point.
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to commute to Santorini whenever necessary
