Construction Manager

• Manages and technically supports wind farm construction sites, beginning with the construction of access roads and crane platforms through cabling, foundations, substation works up to the installation and acceptance of wind turbines
• Responsible for the implementation and fulfilment of HSE requirements
• Plans and coordinates internal site structure and subcontractors
• Monitors the construction processes and progress, and compliance with the project planning
• Continuous site reporting
• Manages costs by ensuring compliance with budgets and approval of invoices
• Contact person for authorities, internal audits and external certified experts for any site related items

• Bsc in Civil Engineering (Polytechnic School)
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• German knowledge (would be considered an asset)
• Willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of specific technical requirements
