Operations Manager

Ezio Bo Luxury living is a brand new Boutique Hotel with 12 luxury rooms in Platys Gialos , Mykonos 

(sister property of Mykonos Princess Hotel) 

Job description:

• Responsible for the day to day operations of the property
• Be part of the team - assist all team members in daily procedures
• Monitor the Guest feedback
• Receives and resolved guest complaints and service recovery process.
• Ensures property, grounds, physical plant and work areas maintained to standard.
• Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment of special event need.
• Monitor maintenance progress
• Performs audits on rooms and other operating areas.
• Ensures effective, timely and accurate communications flow with regards to hotel policies and procedures.
• Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
• All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Computer Knowledge and experience in MS Office programs & PMS
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and Customer Service skills
• Organized, responsible, customer-oriented personality with willingness to offer high quality services
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
