The Company
This is a michelin star restaurant in Berkshire.
The restaurant has 50 seats and offer a selection of menus from the lunchtime menu du jour to the more elaborate tasting menus with up to 10 courses.
It has been home to a handful of world class Michelin starred chefs since it evolved from rectory to restaurant some 37 years ago. The rich culinary history is still entwined with the restaurant's experience as traditional values and classic flavour combinations mix with contemporary menus and a relaxed, friendly vibe.

Requirements
Fine experience is required, be presentable and have charismatic personality.
Good English required. The client is happy to do skype interviews for candidates that do not reside in the UK and are in Jr positions. The Restaurant Manager must also attend a trial.

What is offered
Restaurant Manager – up to £35.000/year gross + bonus scheme £5.000/year
Chef de Rang – £18.500-20.000/year gross
Commis De Rang - £17.000/year gross
Chef de Partie - £22.000/year gross

5 days/week, 2 off (Sunday-Monday).
Accommodation available with rent around £350 per month. Single room with shared kitchen & bathroom either near or in a 10-15’ min walking distance.
