ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a well-established Industrial Company, is looking for a driven Production Manager to manage all production operations, reporting directly to the CEO.

Production Manager(6459/PRS/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all manufacturing and production processes.
• Create and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
• Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities performed by the Maintenance team.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the production facility itself.
• Ensure that all training and educational manuals and processes are up to date.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility.
• Maintain communication between employees and the management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor/Manager in a well-established industrial company.
• An Engineering degree is an absolute must.
• Experience with production cost control, safety and quality as well as with maintenance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to support work-in-progress and production schedules.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to build on strong relationships with staff.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
