AllinBlusive operates VIP day private cruises in Halkidiki, Mykonos, Corfu and soon in other locations in Greece and globally. The vast majority of our yachts fleet is exclusively reserved for the clients of the luxurious Resorts of the area and moored in prestigious marinas.

Also received the Travellers Choice awards and certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor and the Blue Flag (the only yachting company in the Mediterranean). Last year was recognised as a Greate Place to work and also, and AllinBlusive is operating the unique Riva Lounge in Nammos Mykonos. 

Allinblusive is willing to expand our crew for the next season (2023) and is currently looking for yacht hostesses/stewardesses to join the team. This position will be for the next season from 15/3/2023  to November 2023. As we invest in our people, permanent and stable cooperation is a desirable option.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :

• Day-to-day activities on the yachts at the marina and aboard.
• Daily cruises with customers, multi-day is also an option but rare.
• Assistance to Captain during the cruises - Training provided.
• Day yacht maintenance - cleaning and tidying.
• FnB Inventory management.
• Serving and light food preparation (no cooking).
• Ambassador of the company 24/7.
• Follow the SOPs of the company and the operational guidelines.
• Strong cooperation with the Captain to provide exclusive services during the cruise.
• Teamwork mentality.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Sea enthusiast.

• Good communication skills in English and any other language (German or Russian are a plus)
• EU citizens (non-EU citizens with a FULL TIME working permit are also welcome)
• Previous experience in the food and/or beverage services is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in yachting and marina services is preferred but not required.
• A driving license is a plus.
• Motor or sailing yacht license - with or without knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Available to work from April to November. (COVID-19 permitted).
• Available to work short-term - if needed- out of Halkidiki.

Depending on the pandemic situation, phase one interviews will be conducted through teleconference (Skype, Zoom, Webex, etc.). In round two, a physical interview will be required upon final decisions.
