German Speaking Heraklion Airport Rep

Cretan Holidays-K.Badouvas S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the summer season 2023 in the position of Airport Representative.

Job description:

• Welcoming the Tour Operator guests and distribute the welcome booklet
• Ensure the comfortable, prompt and on-time arrival transfer of the guests
• Provide Bus speech with the necessary information for the guests
• Secure the quality of the “transfer” services within the airport area
• Assist the guests for the check-in of their departure flight 
• At-hock trouble shooting (lost luggage, etc)

What we look for:

• Fluency in German & English
• Customer service attitude
• Communication skills
• Enjoy working in uniform
• Previous experience on airport duties will be an asset
• Resident of the Heraklion area (accommodation is not provided by our company).
