Responsibilities
Respond to requests for information, services, directions and special needs within appropriate time
Book activities, meetings, arrangements and special requests as required
Maintain accurate records for tracking all daily workflow and execute all pending tasks.
Establish and maintain a strong professional working relationship with the stakeholders and facilitate every requirement
Become a reliable, accurate and up-to-date conduit for information flow between the hotel guests/staff and any mediator.
Provide support & guidance to all departments for information on activities, reservations and other requests
