We are looking for an experienced, talented and self-motivated HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. The role reports to the HR Director and is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment delivery process of the company promoting strong employment brand and for playing a central role to the administration of the company’s day-to-day HR operations.
Job duties:
- Coordinate and lead the recruitment and selection process ensuring timely responsiveness to human capital requirements
- Share ideas and collaborate on implementing strategies related to the sourcing of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth and talent development of the company
- Conduct interviews, background screening and orientation
- Advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally, source potential candidates from various channels
- Serve as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
- Prepare and furnish statistical information, prepares reports, compiles key HR metrics for analysis and assists with HR reporting
- Collaborate with line managers to identify future hiring needs and assist on human capital budget preparation
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
