Assistant Manager at Sani Marina (Ref: SIH/RM023)

Job Information
Resort: Sani Marina
Location: Halkidiki, Greece
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Start Date: April 2023

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily restaurant management operation.
  • Control of the daily operation of the shopping center in collaboration with the Sani Marina General Manager
  • Coordinating the operation of the marina berths and mooring services.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to guest’s complaints/needs.
  • Organize and supervise restaurant managers, under the guidance of the Sani Marina General Manager
  • Train all relevant staff on proper customer service practices in cooperation with Sani Marina managers and HR Dept.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing, monitoring, and adapting to the evolution of cost/profit.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors)
  • Enhance a teamwork environment, leading by example.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Enthusiastic with friendly personality
  • Fluency in English
  • Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing larger, F&B-oriented teams within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus.
