Your main responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment & training processes
- Be in contact with Hotel Managers and Department Managers to detect and assist in filling vacant positions
- Organize the flow of the CVs between the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers and monitor interviews’ outcome
- Administer compensation and benefits company’s policies
- Send out job offers to new joiners
- Be close to employees throughout the onboarding period in terms of, welcoming, training and development, assisting in administrative procedures and providing informative material about the company
- Coordinate employees’ arrival and registration procedures
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Walk around within the Resort to communicate with employees and Department Managers ensuring the smooth operation and provide help upon employees’ requests
- Provide reports and feedback to HR Operations Director and Hotel Managers
