Περιγραφή

Our Company on behalf of its client based in the heart of Athens is searching for high calibre talent for the position of On Trade Sales Manager Spirits & Wines.

Role Description
• Prepare the business for expansion in the market by developing internal systems as well as customer sales and service management
• Improve distribution and brand performance
• Maximise profit and increase market share
• Ensure optimum utilisation of spend budgets while responding to competitor activity
• Develop the Sales team while managing your own time effectively
• Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to continually review brand, sales and order fulfilment performance and develop improved strategies
• Create account plans for each customer to ensure business growth through marketing
• Influence key stakeholders within the customer base
• Commercially analyse and evaluate proposals for promotions / trade support to ensure leverage for business growth 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• An education to degree level or equivalent, preferably within Management
• Substantial Sales experience
• An in-depth understanding of the Sales function and the ability to convert brand plans into implementable Trade Marketing plans
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills and the ability to forge relationships
