Role Description
• Prepare the business for expansion in the market by developing internal systems as well as customer sales and service management
• Improve distribution and brand performance
• Maximise profit and increase market share
• Ensure optimum utilisation of spend budgets while responding to competitor activity
• Develop the Sales team while managing your own time effectively
• Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to continually review brand, sales and order fulfilment performance and develop improved strategies
• Create account plans for each customer to ensure business growth through marketing
• Influence key stakeholders within the customer base
• Commercially analyse and evaluate proposals for promotions / trade support to ensure leverage for business growth
