Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The Product Manager you are looking for Bayer’s team will:
  • Develops local brand plans, based on product strategy locally and globally, including communication and activation plans with the purpose of supporting commercial activities and the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Prepares the product stock levels and sales forecasts by providing P&I budget, analyzing relevant KPIs, taking into consideration P&L monitoring and forecasting, as well as suggesting contingency plans in the presence of business risks.
  • Monitors and reports marketing intelligence data, including industry and products’ trends & insights, competitors, market status etc. Recommends actions and suggests plan in order to take advantage or adapt to new changes.
  • Ensures integrated communication plan regarding both Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders, using sales input and all available communication channels within agreed budget and timeline.
  • Measures and reports performance of Marketing campaign, gains insight and assesses against goals.
  • Ensures the development of all relevant marketing, events and communication materials (including activity and guidance in Cluster countries), manages relationship with marketing agencies (where needed) and maintains a communication calendar in order to secure marketing implementation at all product phases.
  • Stays informed regarding other radiology activities regarding tender management and RFP which actually supports.
  • Provides input actively on the cluster marketing plan and supports the sales target achievements through the close interaction, exchange of ideas and synergies with sales team, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages the development of knowledge of products and services in close cooperation with the Sales Manager. Supplies team and other stakeholders with relevant material and facilitates adequate training. Translates Technical details into benefits for the users.
  • Coordinates (together with other members of the Radiology team) application service communication and samples’ management.
  • Participates in both local and international projects (internal and external ones)

The ideal candidate for the position of Product Manager will be expected to possess the following:
  • Degree in a relevant field from a reputable University.
  • MBA/MSc in a relevant field of study would be an asset.
  • Significant experience in product management from a major multinational company (preferably in Radiology sector). Digital marketing experience would be an asset.
  • Proven experience in managing budget, marketing activation and brand plans etc.
  • Significant exposure in local/regional hospital management practices.
  • Knowledge in medical devices & Radiology trends etc. is considered important.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to analyze market/business intelligence data.
  • Excellent presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business acumen, innovative thinking and passion to deliver great results.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Adequate digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
  • Commercial Capabilities: Customer Centric Strategy, Environment, Customer Segmentation, Customer Insights, Proposition, Engagement, Impact.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
  • Travelling required.
