The main responsibilities (among others) of the Plant HR Manager include:
  • Ensure that the factory is structured in an optimum way and staffed as per production and company requirements. Manage the employee's full life cycle at the factory, and handle vacancies from A-Z (conduct interviews and manage the general hiring process all in line with local labour law and company guidelines).
  • Employee Relations & Union Management: Provide guidance on all questions regarding labour law. Maintain and further improve employee relations and communication and ensures effective relationships with the union representatives. Manage union negotiations with direct involvement of the Factory Lead. Gain and stabilize trust, influence people and be in close contact with them.
  • Handle the Compensation & Benefits process (annual salary review, local bonus plans and budgeting). Prepare annual strategic plans and work towards delivering commitments and improvement programs related to People & Culture.
  • Take a leading role in succession planning and talent management initiatives and conduct local talent reviews. Implement and conduct where necessary employee development activities and training programs.
  • Manage the Learning and Development activities based on the training needs of the Factory employees in addition to contributing to the implementation of the company's onboarding or/and off-boarding program. Build the multinational culture and stabilize a learning and development philosophy in all layers of the employees.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Plant HR Manager position should have:
  • University Degree preferably in Business Administration or Social Science ideally paired with HR
  • 5 years of experience in a leading position within the HR Department preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Influential, strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong background in Union relations and negotiations as well as knowledge of Greek labour law
  • Good planning and ability to prioritize tasks
  • High personal integrity & discretion
  • Hands-on, result-driven and analytical skills profile
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Advanced user of MS Office, SAP HR user (or any other)
