E-Commerce Agent
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Position Summary
The E-Commerce Agent assists the Sales Director in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy by consolidating and maintaining up permanently the rates and availability, conducting online and generating daily/weekly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Director of Sales in the development of a consistent e-commerce strategy or each one of the properties, consolidating the rate and availability parity across channels
- Oversee all online activities, upload hotel information, on line rates and special offers
- Support e-commerce company presence on various distributions channels (“Booking.com” and “Expedia”)
- Collect, integrate and study online market and competition data on a daily basis
- Monitor website design and content and oversee external partners before going live; maintain up to date availability, rates and promotions in partners different extranet
- Interact with different involved departments (Reservations, Marketing) to make sure that all online efforts are consistent with the group’s strategy
- Assist the Director of Sales and the Marketing Director in any other relevant task assigned
