Customer Service Specialist (1- year contract)


Job Description

• Executes all day to day activities regarding customer order management (order taking, processing, billing, returns)
• Daily contact with clients, sales and warehouse (via phone, fax, email etc)
• Ensures customer service activities
• Coordinates delivery of products to customers
• Prepares reports and reviews local customer service related KPIs
• Proposes credit solution in order to secure payment and recuse credit risk to CMT
• Handles and processes complaints (technical product and logistical complaints)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• University degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance is an advantage
• At least (2) two years of relevant working experience in supply chain and/or customer service functions, preferably within pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literate
• Experienced user of SAP will be an asset
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Broad understanding of end to end supply chain processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
