The Customer Service representative will be responsible for dealing with and properly responding to customers’ inquiries by handling inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Daily Tasks/Duties
- Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with by the performance and service standards
- Ensure that relevant correspondence ishandled within the set KPI standards
- Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered by set procedures and guidelines
- Monitor, delegate, and answer all queues from inbound requests i.e. email, chat and phone,
- Work effectively in a team environment, to get the job done and reach the best possible results
